What type of wax do you use?

We use a proprietary soy-blend wax for our container candles.

How can I get the best out of my candles?

We’ve provided some tips to getting the best burn from any candle here.

I don’t burn my candles everyday – how should I store them?

Store your candles away from direct heat and sunlight. Store your candles in a cool, dry, and dark area to best preserve them.

Shipping

What countries do you ship to?

We currently ship only within the US.

How long does it take for item to arrive?

Domestic orders are shipped through USPS. Current processing time is 3-5 business days. We utilize Priority Cubic Shipping. USPS generally takes 2-3 business days to arrive after it ships.

Please note, transit times may increase due to seasonal shipping delays.

Forms of Payment

We accept any US-issued and most internationally-issued magstripe or chip cards bearing a Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, JCB, or UnionPay logo.

Refund & Exchange Policy

We carefully inspect all products before they are shipped. Due to the nature of our products, used candles cannot be returned or refunded. However, we will replace or refund products damaged during shipment if photographic proof of damage is submitted to help@homebychole.com within 7 days of delivery.

You may also exchange your product for another candle of the same size and price within 14 days of purchase. The buyer is responsible for shipping cost on all return and shipping of exchanged items.
